REFLECTING ON OUR NEW CLIENT APP
At Covington, we are excited to mark the 30+ day benchmark since the launch of our new client app. We are also pleased to report that 30% of our clientele have been using the Covington Investment app since its launch. We would like to say thank you to all our clients who have downloaded, explored, and engaged with the app so far. Your feedback and insights have been essential in helping us refine the client experience. The Covington Investment app, designed specifically for our clients, had been in production since early 2024. This launch represents a significant step forward in our ongoing efforts to enhance each client’s experience through secure, seamless, and intuitive technology at the palm of your hand. Our goal with the app was clear: to give each client faster, more direct access to their financial information via their Client Portal, while making it easier to stay connected with us at Covington.
Here’s some features from the Covington Investment app that we’d like to highlight:
Covington Investment App Features:
Quick Account(s) Access: Clients can see their account(s) information displayed on their dashboard. If you have more than one account with Covington, you can filter your app dashboard to view one account at a time, or all accounts combined.
Quick Reporting Access: Several reports are available to review such as Net Worth, Account Performance, Activity, Asset Allocation, Capital Gain Distribution, Holdings, Positions Performance by Asset Class, Realized Gains/Losses, Projected Income and Summary report. These reports can be filtered by individual account or consolidations across all accounts. Additionally, several reports can filter to display data from ‘Year to Date’ or ‘Inception to Date’.
Document Uploads: The document upload function is available by clicking the ‘Docs’ page. This feature can help clients reduce back-and-forth and speed up processing times for paperwork.
Contact Us Page: This page outlines all Covington staff contact information in one easy to read location. All staff emails can conveniently be found listed here.
Quick account access has struck conversations with us to clarify and answer questions regarding client accounts and the information the app displays on a client’s dashboard. This communication is why we are here and look forward to continuing to answer any questions clients may have.
This experience has given us the opportunity to educate our existing and new clients on the financial resources available to them. Such as our webpage, our Client Portal, our Covington Investment app and the Charles Schwab app.
The app reflects the same information as the existing Client Portal. All clients can continue to access their Client Portal on a desktop or mobile web browser.
We want to continue to clarify that both the Client Portal and Covington Investment app reflect data as of the *last market close*. The portal and app will update each morning to reflect data from the last market close of the latest business day.
We’ve heard client feedback which we encourage to continue as it will help us identify room for improvement across the platform.

Over the last month more and more clients have downloaded and utilized our app. Our app was created and tested with each of our clients in mind and its success is thanks to your support and engagement. We’re committed to continuous improvement to making the client’s experience as smooth, secure, and as valuable as possible.
