Mrs. Buterbaugh’s responsibilities include assisting the President and other associates with calendar management, monitoring the office supply system, fostering a productive and collaborative environment, streamlining processes, and supporting the team in achieving their goals.  Additional responsibilities include overseeing client experience, ensuring optimal customer service is provided both in person and over the phone.

Background: Mrs. Buterbaugh’s career began in the healthcare sector, where she dedicated herself to serving others through the provision of pharmaceutical care. She developed a deep understanding of patient needs, medication management, and the intricacies of the healthcare system. This journey instilled a strong sense of empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in all endeavors. Mrs. Buterbaugh is a graduate of Westmoreland County Community College and has an Associates Degree in Medical/Healthcare Management.
